I’m Rob Scott—a creator, artist, DJ, lifelong roller skater, entrepreneur, and builder of ideas. Rob Scott Creates is the place where those worlds connect.
THE STORY BEHIND THE WORK
Creativity has always been how I make sense of the world.
I’ve never experienced creativity as one single thing. An idea may begin as an image, become a product, grow into a story, or find its rhythm through music. I follow it until it becomes something real.
I once described myself as a linear thinker trapped inside the body of an abstract artist. That tension shapes how I work. I like structure, but I also need room to experiment, connect unexpected ideas, and build something that did not exist before.
Rob Scott Creates brings that work together. It is the home for the history, art, music, books, brands, and projects I continue to develop—each different, but all coming from the same creative mind.

The medium may change, but the purpose stays consistent: preserve stories, build community, create experiences, and turn ideas into something people can see, hear, wear, read, or remember.

Through Black Knowledge Today and From Chains to Change, I create work that keeps Black history visible, understandable, and connected to the present.
ART & DESIGN
From original artwork to apparel and brand concepts, I use design to give ideas a visual identity people can recognize, connect with, and carry forward.
MUSIC & MOVEMENT
DJing and roller-skating culture have taught me how music, rhythm, and shared experiences can bring people together and create lasting memories.
