THE CREATIVE PROCESS

Roller-skating culture gives me more than a subject. It gives me a visual language.

Much of my work begins with roller skating—the movement, the equipment, the people, the style, and the culture built around it.

I create hand drawings, original paintings and prints made from them, woodworking pieces, and sculptures. Each medium gives me a different way to explore the same creative world through line, color, texture, shape, and physical form.
