These Terms and Conditions govern your use of robscottcreates.com and purchases made through the website. Rob Scott Creates is operated by Augustus Designs Inc., a New York corporation.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase its products.

1. Our Website and Services

Rob Scott Creates brings together products, content, art, music, books, and brands developed by Rob Scott. These include Black Knowledge Wear, Black Knowledge Today, From Chains to Change, Original Rollers, DJ Rob Scott, and Rob Scott Art.

Some products and services may be provided through third-party platforms, manufacturers, payment processors, or fulfillment providers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase through this website.

You are responsible for providing accurate account, billing, shipping, and contact information.

3. Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, colors, dimensions, formats, and prices accurately. Colors and appearance may vary depending on the customer’s screen, production process, materials, or handmade nature of an item.

Handmade artwork, woodworking, sculptures, prints, apparel, and made-to-order products may have minor variations. These variations are not necessarily defects.

We may update, modify, discontinue, or limit products without notice.

4. Prices, Taxes, and Availability

Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Prices and availability may change without notice. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order because of inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, or other reasonable business concerns.

If we cancel a paid order, the amount charged for the canceled portion will be refunded.

5. Payments

Payments may be processed through WooPayments, Stripe, or another approved payment provider. Payment providers may collect and process billing information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Rob Scott Creates does not directly store complete payment-card numbers.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

6. Physical-Product Processing and Shipping

Physical orders generally require 5–7 business days for processing before shipment. This is separate from carrier transit time.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of inventory, production, weather, carrier operations, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot ship within the stated or legally required period, we may contact you to request approval for the delay or provide the appropriate cancellation and refund options.

Standard checkout shipping is available within the United States. International customers should contact Robert@robscottcreates.com for a shipping quote before ordering.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

7. Digital Products

Digital books and other downloadable products are provided electronically. No physical product will be shipped unless the product description specifically states otherwise.

Purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the file for your own lawful, noncommercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, upload, share, sublicense, or commercially exploit a digital product without written permission from Augustus Designs Inc.

Digital-product sales become final once the download is delivered, except when a file is defective, duplicated, or inaccessible and we cannot provide a working replacement.

8. Bandcamp Music

Music players may be embedded from Bandcamp so visitors can listen while remaining on Rob Scott Creates.

Music purchases and downloads completed through Bandcamp are processed by Bandcamp and are also subject to Bandcamp’s terms, payment procedures, and policies. Rob Scott Creates does not control Bandcamp’s checkout system or account services.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Physical products may be eligible for return when the customer contacts us within 14 days after delivery and the item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Customized, personalized, and made-to-order products are final sale unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Additional requirements and exclusions are explained in our Refund and Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

10. Customer Accounts

Customers may have the option to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity conducted through your account.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, policy violations, or interference with the website.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content—including artwork, logos, product designs, text, books, photographs, graphics, videos, audio, downloads, brand names, and other creative material—are owned by or licensed to Augustus Designs Inc.

Nothing on the website transfers ownership of intellectual property to the visitor or customer.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.

12. Acceptable Use

You may not use the website to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

• Commit fraud or submit unauthorized payments.

• Interfere with website security or operation.

• Introduce malware or harmful code.

• Scrape, copy, or extract content for unauthorized commercial use.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in this section removes consumer rights or legal protections that apply under federal law or another law that cannot be waived.
