Rob Scott Creates is operated by Augustus Designs Inc. This Shipping Policy explains how physical products are processed and shipped.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time and may vary during holidays, special promotions, or periods of high order volume.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another email with tracking information once your order ships.
United States Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the total weight of the physical products in your order.
- Up to 7 oz: $7.99
- 8–11 oz: $8.49
- 12 oz–1 lb: $8.99
- 1.01–3 lb: $10.99
- 3.01–5 lb: $14.99
- 5.01–10 lb: $19.99
- Over 10 lb: $29.99
Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
Multiple Shipments
Some products may be produced or fulfilled separately. If your order contains items from different fulfillment locations, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will receive available tracking information for each shipment.
International Shipping
International shipping is available by quote. Contact Robert@robscottcreates.com before placing an international order so shipping availability and cost can be confirmed.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country.
Digital Products
Digital products do not require shipping. Download or access instructions will be provided after purchase.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Rob Scott Creates is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs processing, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be sent again.
